Support Renewal Pricing

ZFtrace Support Service entitles the customer to Support Features via email
to The ZeroFault Group, LLC (TZG) support personnel for the ZFtrace
product during normal business hours Central Standard Time for
the duration of the contract (12 month minimum).

Support does not modify the purchased License Agreement
or provide assistance for using ZFtr on Java.

    Support Features:
  • installation of the product.
  • license key and license manager issues.
    help moving the ZFtr license to a different machine, consistent with the License
    Agreement (up to 4 times per license during the 12 month Support period).
  • proper usage of ZFtr and control of its features and options.
  • access to updates for your installed selection of ZFtr.
  • case submission regarding unanticipated or unfavorable behavior of ZFtr, within the
    design limitations of the product. Resolution of cases is at the sole interpretation of TZG.
  • interpretation of the ZFtr documentation.
  • access to the ZFtr historical knowledge base.
  • ZFtr beta programs are only made available to Support Customers.
