Support
TZG offers one Support package - there is either 100% Support or none.
The first 12 months of Support is usually free with orignal software purchase.
Support renewal is not required. After expiration, there is an 8 month grace period
during which Support can be reactivated. Afterwards, the license is considered
abandoned and new software purchase is required to obtain Support.
